1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or subscribing to the automation services provided by Start & Don’t Quit LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us.

2. Services Provided

Start & Don’t Quit LLC licenses automation software powered by the GoHighLevel platform (via Extendly snapshot) which may include:

CRM & pipeline tracking

Automated appointment booking

Missed call text-back

AI voice & SMS agents

Email & SMS campaign workflows

Google review automation

Custom branded portals and dashboards

These services are provided under a white-label solution.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

All sales are final and non-refundable after 72 hours of purchase.

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information for setup.

Ensure proper registration for A2P 10DLC (for text compliance).

Avoid misuse of the platform (spam, misleading offers, unlawful activities).

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for:

The content sent via SMS, email, and AI agents.

Complying with legal requirements such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR (where applicable).

We are not liable for the content you distribute using our platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Some features depend on third-party services (e.g., Google, Twilio, Stripe). You are subject to their terms when those integrations are used.

7. Support & Customization

Basic support is included via email or messaging. For custom integrations, branding, or strategy, additional fees may apply.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

Terms are violated

Billing fails after repeated attempts

The service is misused or causes platform abuse

You may cancel your subscription with 7-day written notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, workflows, branding, and automations built by Start & Don’t Quit LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Start & Don’t Quit LLC shall not be held liable for:

Loss of revenue, leads, or customers

System outages, bugs, or third-party failures

User error or misuse of the automation tools

Maximum liability is limited to one month’s paid subscription amount.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
